These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ilmoittaudu, a website operated by Hobiver that helps you browse and compare hobby groups and lessons offered by partner clubs. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
What Ilmoittaudu is
Ilmoittaudu is a discovery and comparison service. We list groups and lessons offered by independent partner clubs so you can browse, filter, and compare them in one place. We aren't the organizer of these groups or lessons, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with a club.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse and search Ilmoittaudu freely. If you register for a group or lesson on behalf of a child, you confirm that you're their parent or guardian and authorized to provide their information to the partner club.
Registration and payment through partner clubs
Registering for a group or lesson happens directly with the partner club, through their own process. Any payment, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund is between you and that club, under their own terms — Ilmoittaudu isn't involved in and doesn't process that transaction.
Listing accuracy
We work with partner clubs to keep listings accurate, but details like schedules, prices, and availability can change on the club's end. Always confirm the details directly with the club before relying on them.
No cost to browse
Browsing, searching, and comparing listings on Ilmoittaudu is free. Any fees you pay are charged by the partner club as part of registration, not by us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by scraping or reproducing our listings at scale, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Ilmoittaudu name, logo, and site design belong to us. Content about individual clubs, groups, and lessons belongs to those clubs and is shown with their permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Ilmoittaudu is provided "as is." We do our best to keep listings accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee that every detail is current or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for issues arising from your registration or dealings with a partner club.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Ilmoittaudu after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
